Door to Door Delivery
We work with Post Fiji’s premium door to door local courier service through EMS services benefits:

  • Ability to track and trace all orders, door to door.
  • The fastest and safest means of sending nVmi Fiji orders throughout the islands. 
  • All orders will be delivered direct to you at your resort.  Haven't arrived yet?  Not to worry!  We make sure to deliver your items to the hotel or assist in the process with the hotel or wedding planner to make sure all gifts are delivered to you and your guests upon arrival.  

Messenger Post
Local same day delivery service on the mainland available for urgent orders.  

  • Orders and payment have to be processed before 12p.m. for same day service.  
  • Pricing for urgent delivery depends on resort location, please fill out form below for pricing based on your resort's location.  


Orders placed on the nVmi Fiji site can be shipped to most international countries.

Processing Time: Please allow 30-60 days of processing time for all personalized and custom orders.  As we work with various suppliers worldwide we will hold all items in our warehouse until you arrive at your resort for delivery.  

Transit Times

Our transit times are based on Fiji Post, Fiji EMS Services and FedEx International delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Domestic Fiji Shipping

Standard Ground: 1-5 Business Days (*Orders delivered to the mainland will benefit from next day delivery with outer islands up to 5 days once shipped.)

International Shipping

Shipping Timeframe:  6-15 Business Days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Shipments outside of Fiji may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs website for more information.

If after you placed your order you realised incorrect information has been given to us please email Customer Service at  If the order is not on our warehouse floor we can make adjustments however if it’s already in process you will need to refuse the package and place a new order with us containing the correct information.
